Dog-friendly countryside stays in the heart of Yorkshire

At Woodhill Cottages, we offer a small collection of welcoming, dog-friendly holiday homes set in some of Yorkshire’s most peaceful countryside.

  • A wooden console table with framed artwork, a pink vase with dried floral arrangements, a pink decorative bust, and a candle. A large rectangular mirror hangs above the table, reflecting a door and a window with curtains. The background wall is painted teal.

    Who we are

Run by a mother and daughter team, our cottages are designed with comfort, simplicity, and a genuine love of the area in mind. Whether you’re visiting for a quiet break, exploring the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds Way, or working locally and need somewhere to stay, you’ll find a relaxed home-from-home waiting for you.

  • A bedroom with green walls, a bed with pink and navy bedding, a window with blinds, and various plants on the windowsill.

    What we offer

Our properties are located across East and North Yorkshire, with countryside walks right on the doorstep, traditional village pubs nearby, and two cottages set within a scenic golf course setting.

We welcome couples, solo travellers, and of course, dogs—because we know that no trip is complete without them.
